I received my Real Estate license in 2004 and then went on to receive my Brokers License in 2006. My background includes being featured in the 2007-2008 Who’s Who in Real Estate and I have received the Presidents Sales Award (One Million Dollars in Sales for 1 Year) for 3 years.

I graduated from St John’s in 1987 and then received my associates degree in accounting from Rhodes State College.  I love selling real estate! My name is Realtor Lauren Honigford. I have been selling Real Estate since 2015, but have been around the business my whole life. I am a member is the Ohio Association of Realtors and the Multiple Listing Service which connects to Realtor.com. I am able to not only show you our own company’s listings, but any home for sale in Ohio with any other company.  I am a stay-at-home mom working as a full time Realtor, so I am always available to help when it is most convenient for you! Heather received her Ohio real estate license in 2015 and is a member of the Ohio Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors as well as the Multiple Listing Service.  In addition to holding her real estate license, Heather has worked in the Legal Community as a Paralegal for fourteen years after graduating from Rhodes State College with an Associates Degree in Business/Legal Assisting.  As a Paralegal, Heather understands the strict confidence that being a Paralegal and a Real Estate Agent demands, and has proven over the course of her career to be professional and confidential when assisting clients with their personal and business dealings.

Heather has truly enjoyed helping her clients purchase their first home, or their even their fiftieth.  In her opinion, seeing her clients happy never gets old.  Whether you are looking to purchase or sell residential property or commercial, Heather can assist you with all your real estate needs.

Jessica is a 2011 graduate of the University of Northwestern Ohio with an associate degree in business administration, who has recently received her Ohio Real Estate license. She is excited to transition into being a full-time realtor after a life-long career in customer service/business management.

While Jessica was born and raised in Delphos, Ohio and has maintained residency close by all her life, she is a member of both the Ohio and National Association of Realtors as well as the Multiple Listing Service, which provides access to any listing in the state of Ohio. She is not afraid to go the extra mile to serve her clients.

Jessica is the proud mother of 3 children, all of which reside in Delphos, and she has been blessed with a beautiful granddaughter born on Easter this year. The importance of family resonates throughout her life and she brings that passion into helping her clients and their families with their real estate needs.
